Just when you thought TNT meant dynamite, here comes Toby and Treyce. They are exploding into the New Year with fascinating ideas and programs that will be sure to assist many. They will be offering the same quality as before but even better since there are two of them. These services include:

· Assisting private and commercial landlords by screening their prospective tenants so that their reputation is not tarnished. Just because someone doesn’t have a criminal background does not mean that s/he does not have a criminal mind.
· Assisting human resource departments by screening their prospective employees not only for drug abuse and violence but also to match the personality to the job description. This is especially beneficial when hiring for salespeople, managers, executives and their assistants because anyone can interview well and have an impressive resume.
· Working with educational staff (counselors and teachers) to help recognize the students that are possibly depressed, suicidal, violent, chemically dependent and sexually abused.
· Beginner and Advanced Handwriting Analysis training for law enforcement, human resources, counselors, school personnel and more. This includes annual conferences and industry specific meetings. They offer CEU’s and are currently working on becoming an accredited school for Handwriting Analysis. Ask them about their on-site training.
· Assist with jury selection in order to increase the odds of winning.
· Custody Evaluation reports to compare parental ability and child-rearing styles.
· Help genealogists gain insight into the personality of his or her deceased ancestor.
· Assist with evaluating unsolved crimes such as the Ricky Dyer and Nikki January deaths, which are both questionable and mitigating suicides.
· Help with providing closure for families of suicide victims by informing them of what their loved one was feeling.
· Profiling personalities for criminal behavior. Some recent profiles involve that of Michael Jackson, Darlie Routier and Scott Peterson.
· Screening potential mates for singles…love is blind.
· Since they were both adopted they assist adoption agencies in comparing the personalities of older children with perspective parents to help assure a great match.
· Upon completion of Treyce's Reverse Speech Investigator certification they will be offering this with areas of specialty in cold cases, therapy and deception.
· Handwriting Formation Therapy for children, teens and adults.

In fact, just recently they met with State Representative Todd Baxter about incorporating a Handwriting Formation Therapy program that would be offered to the reoffending juveniles. They discussed a pilot program that would initiate in Texas and, depending upon the success rate, enter into other states under local, state and federal funding. They will be pursuing legislative action for this program as a research opportunity in which they will anonymously treat, and track the success rate of, these clients with the long-range goal of drastically reducing the recidivism rate.

In fact one current client of theirs, Lamar County Juvenile Probation, stated, "of all the juveniles you have profiled to-date, none have ever reoffended". This is due to their structuring the treatment plan for the juveniles based largely on their profile results. This same program should also work successfully with adults.
